What can I expect when I contact you? After receiving your inquiry, we’ll shoot you an email to get a better understanding of the type of copy/writing you are looking for. A brief, initial chat can then be done via Zoom or email, your choice. After we agree on your services (e.g. content strategy, case study, etc.), you will receive an Agreement that will include deadlines, pricing, etc. To commit us both to the project, I usually require a 50% upfront deposit. The remaining 50% will be paid upon project delivery (please note that small one-off projects need to be paid in full upfront). After submitting the assignment to you, you will have time to request one round of edits. We want to make sure the copy represents your voice and views, and is completely to your liking! After the initial project, all future projects will require 100% upfront payment.

How long will it take to hear back? I usually respond within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays or on Mondays if you write on the weekend.

How long is the turnaround time for projects? Turnaround time will vary by project, the type of copy requested, and the clients’ needs for that particular project. Generally, we will agree upon a deadline upfront (this also applies to retainer articles). If necessary, assignments can be expedited for an additional charge.

What kind of payment options are available? Multiple payment options are available to clients.

Are your services customizable to my business? Absolutely! Every business is unique and has different needs. All bundles and writing projects can be 100% customized to you. My services and rates are more of a guideline for clients. All SEO and content marketing copy, as well as direct response copy can be customized with retainer bundles being offered at special rates.

Do you only write for specific clients? While I mainly write for sustainable, eco-friendly, and health-related companies/magazines, I can certainly help you with your marketing strategy or writing needs as well. Please feel free to reach out, and I’ll be glad to take a look.
